It starts with a discovery call

The first step is a 20 to 30 minute call. There is no agenda and no sales pitch. You tell me what is going on with your site, what you have already tried, and what you need fixed or built. I ask the right questions.

Three ways I can help

Most projects fall into one of these three categories. The discovery call determines which one applies and what a realistic scope looks like.

Fix something specific

A bug, a broken layout, a plugin conflict, a form that is not submitting, or something that has started misbehaving after an update. Scoped tightly, resolved cleanly.

Improve what is there

Your site works but something is off. Speed, mobile layout, Core Web Vitals, tracking, conversions. A focused improvement pass that targets the friction points without touching what does not need changing.

Build or integrate something new

A new page, a custom feature, a CRM connection, an automation. Scoped from the discovery call, built to fit your existing setup. Ecommerce and full rebuilds are quoted separately.

Honest about timelines

Turnaround depends heavily on what is needed. A simple CSS fix is not the same as a WooCommerce integration. Here is a rough guide, though the discovery call gives you the real number.

  • Targeted fixes — usually 24 to 72 hours once scoped
  • Performance or UX improvements — a few days to a week
  • New builds and integrations — scoped per project, estimate given upfront
  • Ecommerce or full rebuilds — quoted separately, not rushed

No surprises. If scope changes mid-project, I flag it before continuing, not after.
